Mr. Akhannouch: The new government is full of competencies that will work to respond to the aspirations and expectations of Moroccans
The new government, appointed Thursday in Fez, by HM King Mohammed VI, is full of competencies that will respond to the aspirations and expectations of Moroccans by implementing the great royal workshops of the new development model, said the Head of Government, Mr. Aziz Akhannouch.
In a statement to the press following His Majesty the King's appointment of the members of the new government, Akhannouch said that this government will be, thanks to its new faces, "a government of action and results", stressing that it is aware of the important expectations of citizens and will work to address the big issues at hand.
He added that the government comes after elections that showed clear results, consecrated the democratic process in the Kingdom, and recorded a high participation rate, making it "the alternative that citizens wanted".
This government derives its strength, Mr. Aziz Akhannouch added, from the alliance of three political parties that have a very important and comfortable majority, both at the national level as well as at the regional and regional levels, stressing that this harmony would allow the optimal and successful implementation, in the best conditions, of the government program, which is in line with the major directions of His Majesty the King and the program of the new development model.
The Head of Government concluded that the new government is "a coherent and competent government" and that all indicators bode well for "positive results for the citizen and for the country".
