The Head of government, Mr. Aziz Akhannouch, held constructive talks today in Brussels with the President of the European Council, Mr. Charles Michel, in the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, Mr. Nasser Bourita.
During this meeting, conducted on the sidelines of the "Global Gateway" forum, which is ongoing until October 26 in the Belgian Capital, discussions focused on the European Union's New Agenda for the Mediterranean region, as well as the accompanying Economic and Investment Plan. These initiatives align with the Kingdom's priorities under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI. Views were also exchanged on a range of regional and international issues, with particular emphasis on the situation in the Middle East.
