The parties of the government majority in the House of Representatives confirmed on Wednesday that the commitments included in the government program married between ambition and realism and carried within them clear and transparent answers to many political, economic, and social expectations.
In their interventions during a plenary session devoted to discussing the contents of the government program, the parliamentary teams representing the majority expressed their support for the government in implementing this program, expressing at the same time their readiness to provide "constructive and targeted proposals, and alerts if necessary", in order to enrich and improve all projects, strategies and executive programs, as well as procedures and measures that serve the higher interests of the nation.
In this context, the RNI team considered that the government statement presented by the Head of GovernmentMr. Aziz Akhannouch on Monday before the two houses of parliament, confirms that there are no independent stakes in the singular, "but economic and social stakes fused into one commitment," citing the Head of Government's reference to "a new approach to development under the name of community development, not social."
He added that the government program stressed the importance of successfully managing the exit phase from the crisis, praising in the same context the participatory approach adopted to conceive and implement government plans to rehabilitate and support the affected sectors.
The team also stressed the need to draw lessons from this global crisis, and a comprehensive reassessment of the philosophy of government work in light of what the Kingdom experienced during this difficult stage, by adopting new concepts and placing them at the heart of government work, such as the general risk management strategy, and supporting it with a new system and an integrated frame, legislative and administrative reference.
The parliamentary team pointed out that this innovative framework "will enable the fortification of public effort and the process of public strategies by creating real protection networks that prevent our country from slipping into crises," considering that community development is a lever for economic development.
After expressing its support for constructive government work, whether at the level of legislative production or oversight work, the team described the new government program as "a program of hope in the Morocco of tomorrow, with its promising young energies, full of vitality, bright intelligence and innovation, on which it pins hopes to carry out the national development project with its social, human and economic dimensions".
In turn, the PAM team expressed its "optimism" for the success of the current government experience, expressing its strong and continuous support for the success of the government program, and appreciating the government's identification of major and basic commitments within the framework of responding to urgent social expectations, overcoming the effects of the pandemic, and achieving economic take-off.
The parliamentary team stressed that this program is involved in a number of workshops, including in particular, political and democratic reform workshops, consolidating the territorial integrity of the Kingdom and fortifying the democratic option, completing advanced regionalization workshops, committing to activating the contents of the new development model, and completing justice reform workshops, which requires, according to the parliamentary team, coordinating efforts and providing the necessary mobilization conditions to achieve the desired success.
