The Head of Government receives Oracle CEO

The Head of Government, Mr. Aziz Akhannouch, received, on Monday, May 16, 2022, in Rabat, Mrs. Safra Katz, Chie Executive Officer of ORACLE Corporation, who is on May 16 and 17, on her first visit to Morocco, as well as to Africa.
The meeting was held in the presence of the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of investment, convergence, and evaluation of public policies, Mr. Mohcine Jazouli. 
The meeting was an opportunity to discuss investment cooperation between the Kingdom and the company, as well as its development-related projects in Morocco, as well as the opening of the first "ORACLE LAB", a research and development unit of the company.
The R&D center, which will be located in Park Casa Nearshore in Casablanca, is the first of its kind in Africa.
During this meeting, the Head of Government highlighted the efforts made by Morocco, under the enlightened leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, May God Assist Him, which have enabled Morocco to transform by strengthening its economic, democratic, and social foundations and creating a system and environment for innovation and research and development.
