The Head of Government holds talks with his Spanish counterpart

Head of Government Aziz Akhannouch held talks Thursday morning in Rabat with Spanish Head of Government Pedro Sanchez.

   The Spanish Head of Government, who visited this morning the tomb of Mohammed V, where he paid tribute to the souls of the late HM King Mohammed V and HM King Hassan II, arrived Wednesday in the Kingdom to preside over the 12th session of the Morocco-Spain high-level meeting alongside his Moroccan counterpart.

   The high-level meeting between Morocco and Spain comes eight years after the last session of this institutional mechanism and consolidates the strategic and dynamic partnership in which the two countries were engaged following the visit of Mr. Sánchez to Morocco last April, at the invitation of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
