Meeting of the Government Council on Thursday, June 12, 2024
The government council was held on Thursday, Dhou al hijja 05, 1445, corresponding to June 12, 2024, under the chairmanship of Mr. Aziz Akhannouch, dedicated to the discussion of several legal texts projects.
At the opening of the Government Council, the Head of Government, on behalf of himself and all members of the government, extends his sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God protect him, as well as to the royal family and the entire Moroccan people, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, praying to the Almighty to preserve His Majesty and grant him excellent health and well-being. May this festival bring health and safety to all Moroccans, both inside and outside the country, and peace and security to the Islamic nation as a whole, as well as stability, progress, and prosperity to our country.
- Next, the Government Council examined and adopted draft law No. 32.24 on the dissolution of the National League for the Fight against Cardiovascular Diseases, taking into account the observations made, presented by the Minister of Health and Social Protection, Khaled Ait Taleb.
- Subsequently, the Government Council examined and adopted draft law No. 18.23 on the film industry and the reorganization of the Moroccan Cinematographic Center (CCM), taking into account the observations made, presented by the Minister of Youth, Culture, and Communication, Mohammed Mehdi Bensaid.
- The Council continued its work by examining and adopting draft decree No. 2.24.397 amending and supplementing decree No. 2.11.672 of 27 Moharrem 1433 (December 23, 2011) on the creation and organization of regional centers for education and training professions, presented by the Minister of National Education, Preschool and Sports, Chakib Benmoussa.
