On Thursday 25 Rajab 1444, corresponding to 16 February 2023, the Government held a Council of Government, chaired by Mr. Aziz Akhannouch, Head of Government, devoted to the deliberation and approval of a number of draft legal texts and proposals for appointment to high-level positions in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.

  • Subsequently, the Council of Government deliberated and approved Draft law No. 39.22 amending and supplementing Dahir No. 1.57.187 of 24 Joumada II 1383 (12 November 1963) by promulgating a statute of mutual cooperation, presented by Mr. Khalid Ait Taleb, Minister of Health and Social Protection.
  • Subsequently, the Council of Government deliberated and approved draft Decree No. 2.22.475 defining the procedure for the preparation, monitoring, updating and evaluation of the regional development programme, considering the comments raised by Mr. Abdelouafi Laftit, Minister of the Interior.
  • Subsequently, the Council of Government deliberated and approved the draft Decree No. 2.22.580 establishing the management control system in the ministerial Departments, presented by Mr. Fouzi Lekjaa, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance in charge of the Budget.
  • The Council of Government  continued its work by deliberating on draft Decree No. 2.23.72 implementing Law No. 06.18 on the organization of contractual volunteering, presented by Mr. Mustapha Baitas, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government, in charge of relations with Parliament, Government Spokesman, for approval at a subsequent meeting.
     

The Council of Government concluded its work by deliberating and approving proposals for appointments to positions of responsibility in accordance with article 92 of the Constitution.

  • At the level of the Ministry Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of digital transition and administrative reform, the following have been appointed: 
    • Ms. Sarah Lamrani, Secretary-General.
