Meeting of the Council of Government on Thursday 19 May 2022
On Thursday, 18 Chaoual 1443, corresponding to May 19, 2022, the government held its weekly council under the chairmanship of Mr. Aziz Akhannouch, Head of Government, devoted to the presentation of a sectoral presentation on the revision of the legal framework relating to performance deadlines, deliberation on a number of draft legal texts and proposals for appointment to high-level positions in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.

- Subsequently, the Council of Government deliberated and approved Draft law No. 30.22 amending and supplementing Dahir No. 1.58.008 of 4 Chaabane 1377 (24 February 1958) as the general status of the civil service, presented by Mrs. Ghita Mezzour, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Digital Transition and Administration Reform.
- Following that, the Council of Government deliberated and approved draft Decree No. 2.22.47 establishing the procedures for certifying the authenticity of the signatures of communes and provinces, presented by Mr. Mohamed Hajoui, Secretary General of the Government, on behalf of the Minister of the Interior.
- In the same context, the Council of Government deliberated and approved draft Decree No. 2.22.48 on the procedures for certifying the conformity of copies of documents to their originals, also presented by Mr. Mohamed Hajoui, Secretary-General of the Government, on behalf of the Minister of the Interior.
- The Council of Government continued its work by deliberating and approving draft Decree No. 2.21.158 implementing Law No. 15.18 on cooperative financing, presented by Ms. Nadia Fettah, Minister of Economy and Finance.
The Council of Government concluded its work by deliberating and approving proposals for appointments to positions of responsibility in accordance with article 92 of the Constitution.
- At the level of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the following have been appointed:
