On Thursday 17 Dou Al-Hijja 1444 H, corresponding to July 6, 2023, the Government held a Government Council, chaired by Mr. Aziz Akhannouch, Head of Government, to make a sectoral presentation on tourism and deliberate on a number of draft legal texts and proposals for appointment to high-level positions in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.

  • Subsequently, the Government Council deliberated and approved Bill No. 57.22 amending and supplementing Law No. 59.14 on the acquisition, construction, and restoration of fishing vessels, presented by Mr. Mohamed Sadiki, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests.
  • After that, the Government Council deliberated and approved draft Decree No. 2.23.68 amending and supplementing Decree No. 2.09.124 of 16 Dou Al-Qi'dah 1431 (25 October 2010) specifying the duration of training courses held at the Hassan II Institute of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, as well as the corresponding certificates.
  • The Government Council continued its work by deliberating and approving draft Decree No. 2.23.564 amending and supplementing Decree No. 2.18.512 of 9 Ramadan 1440 (May 15, 2019) determining the terms and conditions for the payment of scholarships to students and the terms and conditions for making available to the National Office for Social and Cultural University Works,  presented by Mr. Abdellatif Miraoui, Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and 
     

The Council of Government   completed its work by deliberating and approving proposals for appointment to high-level posts in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.

  • At the level of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare:
    • Mr. Abdelouahab Belmadani has been appointed Director of Planning and Financial Resources.
  • At the level of the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication – Department of Culture:
    • Ms. Dounia Bouzoubaa has been appointed Inspector General.
