The Government Council of Saturday, June 1, 2024

The government held a Government Council meeting on Saturday, 23 Dhu al-Qi'dah 1445, corresponding to June 1, 2024, under the chairmanship of Mr. Aziz Akhannouch, Head of Government.
At the beginning of its proceedings, the Council followed a presentation on the methodology adopted to determine the elements guiding the state's shareholder policy, presented by the Minister of Economy and Finance.
Subsequently, the Government Council reviewed a number of legal texts to be submitted to the Council of Ministers. These include:
1.    The draft organic law n°30.24 amending and supplementing organic law n°02.12 relating to appointments to senior positions, in accordance with articles 49 and 92 of the Constitution, presented by the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform;
2.    The draft decree n°2.23.925 establishing two industrial defense acceleration zones, presented by the Minister of Industry and Trade;
3.    The draft decree n°2.23.547 amending and supplementing decree n°2.98.548 of 28 Shawwal 1419 (February 15, 1999) on the special status of the body of teacher-researchers in medicine, pharmacy, and dentistry (updated version), presented by the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation;
4.    The draft decree n°2.24.152 amending and supplementing decree n°2.14.330 of 5 Muharram 1436 (October 30, 2014) establishing the National Coordination Committee in the fields of hydrography, oceanography, and marine cartography, presented by the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of National Defense Administration;
5.    The draft decree n°2.24.446 supplementing decree n°2.65.046 of 6 Muharram 1385 (May 7, 1965) on the status of military attachés, their deputies, and other military personnel assigned to them, presented by the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of National Defense Administration.
Finally, the Government Council concluded its proceedings by adopting the draft decree n°2.24.468 on the opening of additional credits for the benefit of the general budget, presented by the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the Budget.
