Government Council Meeting on Thursday, January 30, 2025
The Government Council met on Thursday, 29 Rajab 1446, corresponding to January 30, 2025, under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Mr. Aziz Akhannouch. This meeting was dedicated to reviewing several draft legal texts, in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.
- At the beginning of the session, the Government Council examined and adopted Draft Decree No. 2.24.643 concerning the procedures for appointing members of the High Authority for Health Council, presented by the Minister of Health and Social Protection, Amine Tahraoui.
- Next, the Government Council reviewed and approved Draft Decree No. 2.25.18, amending and supplementing Decree No. 2.16.461 of 12 Dhou al-Hijja 1437 (September 14, 2016), which establishes two bonuses for special work and qualification for certain officials of the National Meteorology Department. This decree was presented by the Minister of Equipment and Water, Nizar Baraka.
- Subsequently, the Government Council examined and adopted Draft Decree No. 2.23.1032 related to regional aquaculture planning and management plans, presented by the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, and Water and Forests, Ahmed El Bouari.
- The Government Council meeting concluded with the review and adoption of Draft Decree No. 2.24.987, granting an allowance for training sessions to artisans providing training in institutes and training centers under the Department of Handicrafts. This decree was presented by the Minister of Tourism, Handicrafts, Social and Solidarity Economy, Fatim-Zahra Ammor.
