Meeting of the Council of Government on Friday, September 16, 2022
On Friday 19 Safar 1444, on 16 September 2022, the government held its weekly council, chaired by Mr. Aziz Akhannouch, Head of Government, devoted to two sectoral presentations, one on water shortages and urgent and structural measures taken, and the other on measures taken in preparation for the 2022-2023 agricultural season, and to deliberate on a number of draft legal texts and proposals for appointment to positions. of responsibility in accordance with article 92 of the Constitution.

- Subsequently, the Council of Government deliberated and approved the draft Decree No. 2.22.711 amending and supplementing Decree No. 2.17.763 of 25 Rabii I 1439 (14 December 2017) implementing Law No. 60.16 establishing the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development, presented by Mr. Mohcine Jazouli, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of investment, convergence and evaluation of public policies.
- Subsequently, the Council of Government deliberated and approved draft Decree No. 2.22.573 specifying the number, seat and competence of the regional committees responsible for examining tax appeals, submitted by Ms. Nadia Fettah, Minister of Economy and Finance.
The Council of Government concluded its work by deliberating and approving proposals for appointments to positions of responsibility in accordance with article 92 of the Constitution.
- At the level of the Ministry of Transport and Logistics, the following persons have been appointed:
- Mr. Nabil Massali as Director of Civil Aviation.
- At the level of the Ministry of Equipment and Water, the appointment of:
- Mr. Rachid Meddah, Director of the Souss-Massa Hydraulic Basin Agency.
- Mr. Abdallah Bourak, Director of the Sebou Hydraulic Basin Agency.
- Mr. Omar Chafiq, Director of the Bouregreg-Chaouia Hydraulic Basin Agency.
